Reviewed Louie and Pete's Cornell Chicken

Wednesday, Aug 13, 2014 on Cooking Channel

Disappointing. It wasn't bad per se, as the meat was juicy, but I didn't find it as flavorful as I'd hoped.

This was better cold the next day. "

These potatoes are delicious! I used the oven method. As a personal family preference, I used Rosemary instead of Sage, and lots of garlic for me! I paired it with Jamie Deen's Crispy Chicken Cutlets, and a Caprese Salad. Great combination! "

Reviewed Emeril's Childhood Favorite: Crabmeat-Stuffed Shrimp

    Sunday, Nov 17, 2013 on

I am giving this 3 stars because I don't think it's fair to give a bad rating based on the taste buds of my family and I. I can see how people would go crazy for this, but we want to taste shrimp, crab and butter. It was too "tangy" for us. I love Emeril and will continue to enjoy his TV shows.

Reviewed Yummiest Ever Baked Mac and Cheese

    Tuesday, Jul 24, 2012 on

I will never use another mac & cheese recipe. I made this for my daughter's grad party. It went so quickly, she didn't even get any. The pan was scraped clean. I used Cavatappi instead of elbows. They hold the sauce better. Never thought I'd use cheese soup in mac & cheese. This was rich, creamy & gooey."

    Wednesday, Feb 29, 2012 on

    This was an unexpected pleasure.

I used Cippolini onions and a few carrots for sweetness. I also thickend the gravy a little.
I beat the potatoes with milk, butter & cheese.

When the potato skins were crisp, I scooped 2 Tablespoons of mashed potatoes into each skin, and topped them with the beef...

    Wednesday, Feb 22, 2012 on

Very good! Having read both Paula & Bobby's reviews, I chose to microwave the bacon first for a minute. Baked for 20 minutes (give or take depending on bacon), sprinkled parm & garlic, cooled 5 minutes & not soggy at all! My husband and kids loved them. Gotta love these taste taster's of mine! They even tasted good when they cooled complete...

    Reviewed Sausage and Broccoli Rabe

    Saturday, May 28, 2011 on

Really good! So easy! First time I made it, I used mild sausage, but this time I'm using hot & sweet. Of course, being a garlic lover, I add a couple cloves once the sausage is cooked. Next time I'll toss in some white beans and cooked pasta. "

    Reviewed Quick and Easy Pickles

    Monday, Feb 14, 2011 on

These were so good and so easy! I used to go to a restaurant that had THE best pickles. I've never come across anything even close to how good they were. This is it! I like pickles that are garlicky with a lot of Dill flavor, but not too salty or sour. You can make these however you like! No sour taste, and very crunchy. I did the same as...
