    About Me

Been cooking since I was about five years old...love lots of different kinds of food, especially Indian, Japanese, and Vietnamese. I have a lot of favorite cookbooks, including Flatbreads and Flavors, The Folk Art of Japanese Cooking, and the North End Italian Cookbook.

    Favorite Foods

I've got too many "favorite dishes to cook" to list juse one. Let's see...slow-cooked spareribs, tacos al carbon, potroast, grilled salmon, how's that for starters? Famous dishes include sesame noodles, cardamom coffeecake, beef barley soup, truffles, bolognese sauce. Favorite restaurant...if someone else is paying? Fugakyu in Boston, during toro season. If I'm paying? Pho Pasteur, also in Boston, any time of the year.
