"Made this the other day with skinless boneless chicken thighs. Added raisins and dried apricots to the recipe, and stewed it for much longer then the 20 minutes requested in the recipe. The sauce cooked down to a thick sauce and the result was incredible! Thanks for the recipe. Next time i will make it with chicken breast."

"Made this dish last night after marinating the chicken the night before. This cut much of the work in half. The dish has lots of great flavors and will definitely be prepared again, however the next time i will experiment with fat free cream or half and half. I dont think it will make much of a difference. "Great recipe! I didnt have chunky peanut butter, which i think would of made it even better. Also added a little more curry (2 teaspoons and substituted ground turkey breast for the ground beef. Also used 3 cups of water instead of 2.5 cups. It came out great!"

"Thought this dish was great. Very filling. Not sure if that was all due to the potatoes. I used a variety of fish (whatever variety i found at the store the blend of saffron and wine was excellent, would recommend this dish to everyone."

"Great dish. Not like the brown stew i know, but still delicious.I think the dish overall needed some salt. That was especially apparent when eating leftovers the next day. So add some soy or salt. Still great recipe."
