Shared Recipe Marinara Sauce With Roasted Butternut Squash and Shallots

"A super flavorful sauce that I came up with based on what I had laying in around in the fridge/pantry. It has roasted butternut squash, shallots and bell pepper. Sweet and savory with a slight spicy kick."

Shared Recipe Green Enchilada Sauce With Hatch, New Mexico Chili

"A great enchilada sauce made with fresh roasted Hatch green chilis. You can substitute Anaheim chilies if you can't get New Mexico."

Reviewed Grilled Pepper Crusted T-Bone Steaks with Worcestershire-Chive Butter

"I figured from the reviews on this recipe that I couldn't go wrong, and I was right. The t-bones came out great! Everyone loved them. Broke in my new grill with it. Followed the recipe to the letter (ok I added a little cayenne to the pepper also). The butter was an awesome touch. Will be making these again! Thanks Bobby!"
