"This tastes very good and is reasonably easy to make. However I don't think it needs 1/2 cup of oil--I made it with 1.5 Tbl and it came out fine. Also, I would call it more like eight servings, instead of four. It also would be good if the instructions said to dice the roma tomatoes."
