"We eat these here all the time too. I keep a zip locked bag with cold ones. I buy them frozen, and to add a little "zing" to them, I sprinkle on some Molly McButter, and some chili pepper flakes and a little garlic. (Great with real butter, but we are trying to keep the cals low : Great snack to keep on hand.better than sunflower seeds........"

"since I'm not too fond of pickles, omitted that and put in a little cilantro instead - taste like a ceviche. Love the lemon taste with anything : Was very good on baked tortilla chips... great healthy dish!"
