    It's so much fun to cook, but I sure hate cleaning up afterwards!

    I love breezing through recipes to find new ones to try on my family and friends. It gives me the opportunity to be creative, while having fun in the kitchen, especially with my daughters and grandaughters. It's a great stress reliever for me!

    I love Food Network and enjoy many of the recipes from there. I especially love creating some of their dishes with a few twists of my own!

    Favorite Foods

    Good home cooked meals are my favorites to prepare, meaning those made from the heart, and those passed down from generations before us. There is a lot of history in cooking and it's always fun to cook recipes as they cooked them years ago. I am always trying to lighten them up some, when I can! I also love seafood, especially clams, scallops and lobster. I like lots of fish too, both fresh and saltwater. I try to cook on the healthy side, but you know how that is. Sometimes you just have to splurge and have something really good, and I do quite often, as my family insists on it!
