"Personally I can't stand Polenta and haven't had it in years because it is so bland, mushy and tasteless. However, "Sonnys" version of Polenta & Mushrooms excited my taste buds. The combo of ingredients he used would infuse allot of flavor and take it to a new level. I will give his recipe a try and serve with a barby pork chops on top! "

"Outrageously good and suprisingly rich and decadent! Eliminated the coconut as to not overly combine too many flavors. Served it to company and they devoured it compared to other deserts I offered at the same meal. A little spritz of whipped cream topping and I wont need any other deserts. It can easily stand alone. Thank You!"

"Exceptional and surprised. Texture came out more dense than cake as to what was expected in the recipe but less dense than tradional anis cookies. That was fine with me. Perfect middle of the road texture. Its taken the #1 spot in my personal favorites file! Batter actually made us 24 cookies and not 48. Thank You!"
