    About Me

I live in Texas, and have my whole life. I'm in school, an English Education major with Creative Writing and French minors. I love reading and writing, but I may love cooking and baking even more. One day I might open a bakery/coffee shop...hopefully in France. Until I get that chance, I'm always looking for something new and fun to bake, and my roommates love and hate me for baking all the time-always a treat to have, but always have to go to the gym to work it off!

    Favorite Foods

Mexican and Cajun foods. I love baking all kinds of cookies best, but I love baking other things, too. I have to favorites, even though there have been some awesome things that I've made lately, as well. It's a tie between my chewy chocolate cookies with white chocolate chips-so gooey and rich and delicious, and my dried cherry semi-sweet and white chocolate cookies with pecans (or walnuts, depending on what i have!) and the key ingredient-almond extract-incredibly satisfying-so many flavors!
