"Yummy! Didn't think I'd like them, they looked like nothing special, and the ingredient list was pretty basic. But they were soo good! Simple ingredients, but combined they turn into a great muffin! I added a dash of salt, dash of cinnamon and a teaspoon of vanilla. Baked as mini muffins with no liners. They came out easily. Just be sure not to ov..."

"Made into muffin form, but left out the nuts. I dont care for banana, so cant comment on the taste, but Hubby and kids loved them. I sent most to work with hubby, and his co-workers went crazy over them! The batter was really thick, and I worried I had messed up somewhere. But once you add the bananas, it loosens up. Great recipe."

So I baked it at 250 for ab out 15 minutes and it hardened the coating. Perfect snack! My daughter wants me to make multiple batches and tint different colors for rainbow ..."

"Awesome Chicken Salad. I think the addition of sour cream makes the dish. It doesnt have such a heavy mayo flavor like other chicken salads. I used walnuts instead of pecans, and red grapes instead of green. Wrapped in tortilla wraps with some lettuce. Went over great for a potluck I attended. Great recipe!"

I used cumin, garlic powder, cayenne pepper and chili powder. Made with half flour tortillas, and half corn tortillas.I preferred the corn, but both were good. Will definately make again!"

Rested in the closed oven for 90 minutes before turning on again.I did have to cook an additional 20 minutes at the end. I pulled it out at 130 degrees, and rested 20 min..."
