"This is fabulous! A wonderful combo as a side dish to roasted chicken or turkey. I used a bit less butter, 1 1/2 apples, and I basted it with apple cider. I highly recommend using the apple cider for basting! Enjoy!"

"This was great! I changed it a bit by adding 1/3 a cup of brown rice medely, I used less butter, half of the apple, and 1/8 cup regular raisins instead of golden (didn't have any. This is super yummy and I love the shallots and spices with all the dried fruit. What a yummy winter treat! My only complaint is that there was too much liquid and I ha..."

"Awesome cookies! I left out the raisins and wished I would have added more chocolate chips to replace them. Will make again, no questions asked!"

"Phenomenal! I felt like a real pizza chef! The dough was easy to mold into shape- I even picked it up and gave it a toss! I used a bit less oil than indicated. The sauce was amazing with the red wine- so rich and unique, quite a treat :"

"AMAZING! I heated the yams up a bit before cutting, as this made it much easier. I did not peel them, as the skins are so amazingly delicious! I recommended leaving the skin on, as they are healthy and make for a great true fry-like texture. Shaking up in a bag worked well, unlike some cooks indicated. I did have to cook them a bit longer than spe..."

"Great easy recipe! I was afraid the chicken would dry out so I added a bit of water at the beginning, leaving a plethora of sauce. Would to great on rice with all the juices, but instead we wrapped up in tortillas with salsa, sour cream, cheese, and olives. Very flavorful and a quick week night meal!"

"Amazing apple crisp!! I made a few changes though... I used Granny Smith and Braeburn apples, cut the butter back to around 4 tablespoons and used a bit more flour, brown sugar, and oatmeal than the recipe called for. This was great and lasted a week in our fridge just fine."

"Amazing how good this is without the addition of olive oil! Quite low-fat compared to some hummus recipes. I added a bit more garlic, cumin, and a few dashes of paprika. This would be beautiful served with a dash of paprika and a sprig of parsley on top for added color. Enjoy!"
