"This recipe was great, quick and easy to put together! My mum tried it and declared that it was time for her to finally get a pressure cooker. Next time will add garlic, but it was still very good as it was."

"Wrote this one down for my recipe box! These are so delicious, and quick to put together with what I normally have on hand. I used Froste"

"Absolutely delicious, quick and easy to make, enjoyed the hint of sweetness from the sugar. This was perfect for making pasta salad.I used a light olive oil and white balsamic vinegar as I was out of the listed oil/vinegar, and added 1 tsp sweet basil. Really pleased with this recipe, will definitely file away in my binder!"

"WOW! This recipe is outstanding! I'm a baker in a family-run bakery, and these blow the bran muffins we make out of the water! I will be sharing this recipe with my employer, for sure. I didn't have any raisins on hand at home, so I added the zest of one orange, along with a big handful of frozen cranberries. I'm very impressed, thanks so much for..."

"I love this recipe, made it many times from my cookbook! Warmed my heart a bit to see this recipe here! Perfect muffins, nice texture, not too sweet, just enough spice."

"This is a fantastic recipe. So easy to throw together and it tastes *soooooo* good. I always strive to find authentic recipes when I'm making non-Canadian/American food, so I get warm fuzzies inside whenever I make this for Japanese-style food! ALSO, this recipe works great for pork instead of chicken, and also makes a fantastic marinade for just ..."

"I love this recipe, made it tonight from Ina's cookbook. I use about half the salt in the boiling water that the recipe calls for, and let people add salt if desired afterwards. I also omit the dijon and use all grainy mustard, because we like the texture so much, and use green onions instead of red onions. I love this recipe because it isn't glob..."

"These are wonderful. Really light and fluffy and not in the least bit bland. We added walnuts, and they were a nice contrast to the consistency of the muffins. The crunchy sugar top made these muffins though. The whole pan was gone before the night was over. These are great plain, they didn't need any accompaniments, which was great. Another great..."

"What a perfect cornbread. I omitted most of the sugar, save maybe 3 Tbsp, as I wanted a more savory style, and it turned out very, very light, fluffy and moist. Between a family of 5, the whole pan was gone not shortly after dinner. This ended up being the main dish instead of the soup! Will definitely make this recipe again."
