    "My family and I liked this ok. I added bamboo shoots to ours. I also added a tsp of sugar because it seemed a bit salty to me even though I used the low sodium soy sauce. I may or may not make this again."

    "Great recipe! Instead of using 1/2 cup low-fat milk. I used 1/4 cup light sour cream and 1/4 cup low-fat milk. I also added 1/2 tsp of baking powder. The bread rose beautifully. My family loved it and they usually don't care for banana bread. This is definitely a keeper. Thank you!"

    "Very moist & easy to make. I took this cake to work and got rave reviews. I used cooking spray instead of greasing and flouring the pan and it worked beautifully. Will definitely use this recipe again."

    "Yummy recipe. I made it healthier by using low fat crescent rolls, reduced fat sausage, reduced fat cheese, half eggs and half egg substitute and it is just as good. Also, after putting crescent rolls in dish I browned them slightly (about 8 min. in over before layering other ingredients."
