    About Me

I work at a Baby Boutique in my small town.
In the process of getting my degree in business.
    I love Cotton Country Cookbooks.
My passions: cooking, staying fit, making people laugh, playing with my puppies, raising exotic animals, fishing, camping, music and lots more!

    Favorite Foods

Zuchini, Eggplant, Okra, Turkey, Peanuts, Cherrys, Parmesian Reggiano, Sweet Potato,....

My Favorite Dish to Cook has to be the BEST dessert EVER and it's by Paula Deen-it's called Not Yo Momma's Banana Pudding. I made this at an Auburn tailgate and everyone raved over it. Later I made it for my coworkers and of course they all had to get that recipe.

Some delicious Corn Casserole is simply wonderful. I love Making Hearty Chili's for my family! Meatloaf with lots of coarsely sliced onions and peppers and tomatoes (tons of spices and italian breadcrumbs) goes over well in my house. Mississippi Mud Cake is a perfectly rich in chocolate and nutty dessert..great for family get togethers.

My favorite restaurant has to be this little restaurant in Evergreen, CO called Country Road Cafe and it's the best place in the world to go to for breakfast. LOADED smashed mashed potatoes! Delicious everything!
