"So delicious and moist! My new favorite muffin! I didn't have any vanilla yogurt, only plain so I added a tsp of vanilla extract. YUM! Will make this again."

"This is so GOOD! Pretty easy to! The only thing I added to it was half of a can of fire roasted tomatoes for a little bit more smokey flavor. I also added a can of sweet kernel corn because I love corn! The Chipotle chiles really make this dish! I used Sam Adams light for the beer because that's all we had in the house. Now my husband is going to ..."

"Loved this! I used Roma tomatoes and it turned out so yummy! This was the first time I have made Risotto and it wasn't as difficult as I had imagined. The only thing I did wrong was not letting the liquid absorb fully before adding more so next time I will be a little more patient and it will be perfect."

"This was SO good! I substituted yellow onion for the pearl onions and I didn't have any vegetable bouillon cubes but I added and extra celery stalk and salt and pepper and it turned out really great. I love this and will be cooking it again! So easy too."

"This was amazing and pretty easy too. I did not have any raw shrimp on hand so during the last 1 minute instead of five, I threw in some frozen, pre-cooked shrimp. It was just fine. Also I forgot the bay leaves but it still had plenty of flavor without them! I will be making this one over and over again."

"This recipe needed to be tweaked. I like all the vegetables but there is hardly any liquid so I had to add some of the juice from the tomatoes back in. Also it does not have enough flavor. It doesn't say how much salt to use but i used about a tsp and then added garlic salt as well. Also, although I can't quite put my finger on it, it's missing so..."
