    "I used spaghetti squash not the egg plant. Been using spaghetti squash for year instead of regular spaghetti and it works great. If you try it the directions for making the squash is normally on the squash itself. Just remember to microwave the sqaush (whole before trying to slice it. The only change's I make to this recipe is adding fresh sliced pepperoni and Fresh grated Parmesan cheese. Its a great complement to these ingredients. Either way its a great salad"

Make it simple.. just buy the pre-made meatballs "Armour" I think is the name brand I use. all you need to do is put the 5 pound bag of meatballs in a pot, pour 2 jars of chilli sauce and one 32 oz of grape jelly simmer for an hour then your ready for a party or get together of up ..."
