I'm all about food perfection at any cost, but when possible I like to cook light.
I'm an honest recipe reviewer. This may not please some people, but what's the point of doing recipe reviews if we're not supposed to give anything less than "Liked It" (this used to be the 4 star definition)? What if I didn't?? Of course if I alter anything in the recipe and don't like it I won't review it.
