"You've got your answer, it's excellent. I put in one or two too many olives and disturbed the salt balance, so watch for this. But all the complex flavours, lemony, sweet, curry, it was just great. "This was easy to make and delicious, I used coriander as well, and I don't think the lemon is necessarily decorative -a squeeze of fresh lemon gave it a bit of zing. The family loved it and it was full of healthy vegetables. Thanks"

"This was good, healthy is right, and the kids loved it. I should have cooked the barley longer as it wasn't fast cooking, maybe put the mix in a crock pot for a few hours, and I think I might have been a bit stingy with the salsa, next time will add more so that it wouldn't dry out.
