    About Me

I am just looking for way to manage my passion for food variety with the planning and shopping time it requires. Food is a glorious thing. I don't think that because you're busy you need to be boring with meals, I can't imagine anything worse than cooking the same old things week in and week out, or eating fast food. I'm always disappointed with fast food, I wish that someone would introduce fast, interesting and healthy food.

Some time ago I realized that I have a big collection of cookbooks and I decided that I would pick one up a week and make the recipes that made me buy it in the first place! I'm posting the ones that we really like, and I thank all the people who have put up their favourites too.
