"I had only cooked shrimp in the freezer and REALLY wanted to try this recipe, so I marinated the cooked shrimp in the sauce for a few hours. Then I removed the shrimp, heated the sauce (to a boil) in a big frying pan. I then lowered the heat, added the shrimp just to take the chill off being careful not to overheat them. OH MY!! Wonderful! W..."
"Well, Charlie and his chicken salad as even more famous now. Took this to a neighborhood TGIF gathering and it was gone in no time! I served it just as is (no crackers, no bread) and everyone enjoyed its light, refreshing taste. I followed the recipe as written, except I mixed pecans and almonds. Thanks for another keeper, Sherri!"
"Great use of that last bit of beef! I had only 8oz. of beef, so I cut the recipe in half. I omitted the salt, used garlic powder and onion powder, and increased the horseradish to 2 T. (We like it kicked up a bit!) Have eaten it on crackers and have made sandwiches. Thanks so much for sharing. This is a keeper!"
"When I asked my husband to test this mixture by swiping his finger on the mixing spoon, not only was the entire spoon licked clean, but there were also some heavy-duty finger dabs in the mixture itself! Then we spread some on toasted English muffins - - -excellent! Thanks so much, Sherri. I know I will be making a LOT of this!"
"Fantastic...the orange juice takes it to the next level. Served it with your Cream Cheese Pound Cake and everyone raved about the "different" sauce. So simple to prepare and so delicious. Thanks!"
"Another winner, Bev! I made this exactly as written, except I baked it in a Bundt pan for 1 hour 15 minutes. Perfect! My husband couldn't even wait until it had cooled properly...he was seriously salivating! This recipe is in my "keepers" file. Thanks for sharing."
"GREAT! I used a glass pie plate sprayed with butter PAM and I literally slipped it out of the pan onto a cutting board, then cut it with a pizza cutter. My blend of asiago, mozzarella and cheddar was very tasty. Can't wait to try other combinations. Also cut the spinach amount in half. The roasted garlic is the crowning glory...it adds so mu..."
"WOW! I really enjoyed the ease of making this delicious breakfast casserole. I used Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix and sausage. Perfect! Thanks for sharing."
"I took a page from your Grandmother's book and didn't mention that eggplant was involved in this dish. (My husband doesn't care for eggplant.) So, when he had a few bites and roared, "This food is GRRRREAT!", I was so happy! I used lamb and omitted the cloves (personal preference). Also sprinkled Asiago on top which formed a nice "crust." Tha..."
"Was making this to take to a TGIF yesterday, but our plans changed at the last minute, so...my husband and I ate these for dinner! Today my husband is snacking on the leftovers as I write this! Very nice, easy and tasty. I subbed 1/2 c. Asiago for the parmesan and used marinated hearts. Thanks for sharing this recipe!"
