"Well, Charlie and his chicken salad as even more famous now. Took this to a neighborhood TGIF gathering and it was gone in no time! I served it just as is (no crackers, no bread and everyone enjoyed its light, refreshing taste. I followed the recipe as written, except I mixed pecans and almonds. Thanks for another keeper, Sherri!"

"Great use of that last bit of beef! I had only 8oz. of beef, so I cut the recipe in half. I omitted the salt, used garlic powder and onion powder, and increased the horseradish to 2 T. (We like it kicked up a bit! Have eaten it on crackers and have made sandwiches. Thanks so much for sharing. This is a keeper!"

"GREAT! I used a glass pie plate sprayed with butter PAM and I literally slipped it out of the pan onto a cutting board, then cut it with a pizza cutter. My blend of asiago, mozzarella and cheddar was very tasty. Can't wait to try other combinations. Also cut the spinach amount in half. The roasted garlic is the crowning glory...it adds so mu..."

"I took a page from your Grandmother's book and didn't mention that eggplant was involved in this dish. (My husband doesn't care for eggplant. So, when he had a few bites and roared, "This food is GRRRREAT!", I was so happy! I used lamb and omitted the cloves (personal preference. Also sprinkled Asiago on top which formed a nice "crust." Tha..."

"Was making this to take to a TGIF yesterday, but our plans changed at the last minute, so...my husband and I ate these for dinner! Today my husband is snacking on the leftovers as I write this! Very nice, easy and tasty. I subbed 1/2 c. Asiago for the parmesan and used marinated hearts. Thanks for sharing this recipe!"
