    "Delicious au jus. I used a 3.5 lb. pot roast, which I cooked with carrots and onions and ate with mashed potatoes. But it could just have easily made a wonderful French dip sandwich with fries or slaw. The marinade did wonders to the carrots in particular. I'll be making this again, most likely many times.
