"These are great! I gave 4 stars only because I made slight modifications. My only problem with the original recipe is that, imho, they do need a little salt. Next time I will add 1/2 t., and see how that is. The changes I made were really just additions: 2 Tbl. each of wheat germ and flaxseed meal, 1/2 C. of pecan pieces, and a big handful of gold..."
"This is great! The sauce especially will be made again and again. I used about a teaspoon of red pepper flakes, which was perfect -- spicy, but not too hot. Next time I will cut my mozzarella cubes a bit bigger, because the ones I stirred in completely "disappeared" into the whole dish, and I had been looking forward to some gooey bites amongst t..."
"These are OK. I specifically chose to make these because they contained no eggs, nuts or peanut butter, since I was making them for a child w/ allergies. They're tasty, but a bit too crumbly, and the choc. chips a bit too gooey for the top. I like the coffee flavor (I used a little more than 1 T). Instead of chocolate, I might try Heath toffee chi..."
"This is different, and very good! I think I would like a bit more lime juice, next time. Although this was nice on some grilled chicken, I had leftovers, and I made it into a pretty tasty spread by adding some cream cheese and crushed pineapple."
"This was really good! Even DH said so, unsolicited, which doesn't happen often! I will probably make this again, but I will probably increase the amount of filling; I only got 7 enchiladas, and a lot of extra sauce. I'll either use more chicken, or add in some vegetables. I think I would also increase the spiciness somehow, since I wouldn't say th..."
"This was very good! My only complaints are that the prep took closer to 20 minutes, and the cook time turned out to be 24 minutes for me. I did double the amount of cheese I included, and I also added a couple roasted red potatoes that I wanted to use up. They proved to be a nice addition. I did drain most of the bacon grease, since I didn't have ..."
"This was good for what it is, a quick chicken dish to serve with rice. Nothing awesome or exotic, but tasty. If I make it again, I think I will double the lime juice, since I thought it got lost, even though I squeezed a lime wedge over my plate at serving. Unlike Karmen, I did not find the sauce too watery -- she's probably right that it depends ..."
"These are VERY good! Easy to make and came out of the pan beautifully. Next time I may change the flour : oats ratio, as they came out a bit chewy. I pushed the jam all the way to the edges with no sticky ill effects. I was out of walnuts, so I substituted finely chopped blanched almonds, also with good result. I'm sure these will be just as good..."
"This was very good, and I'm giving it 3 stars; I made numerous changes, though, and plan to try it again when I can follow the recipe closely. I'll update my review then.As to the changes... First, I cut the recipe in half, using 25 oz of yukon gold potatoes and 1 small onion. I used about 1 T. oil/butter (ran out of room temp olive oil), and I d..."
"These were pretty good. I only used about 1/2 tbl of sugar, and that was plenty. I also added about 1/2 cup of shredded cheddar. I also subbed 1/2 chipotle jalapeño (with seeds), which despite my fears, was not too much. I made them in a mini muffin pan, and got 18 mini muffins. I checked them after 11 min., and that turned out to be just right."
