"I can't believe there are no reviews for this one! Made today, very easy and quite good. Really a cake more than a bar, like a raisin sheet cake. I frosted with a simple vanilla frosting, very thin. This is really good if you like cakey bars. Good way to use up raisins, too. Thanks for posting."

Used all hot curry, next time will mix 1/2 sweet curry and 1/2 hot. Also added fresh mushrooms, which was a lovely addition. Would highly recommend for anyone who enjoys curry. This is simple,..."

Super easy, made ahead, plopped in my crock pot and kept it warm. NEXT time, and there will be one, I will cook the butter and sugar together longer to get rid of all the granularity (n..."

"Can't believe I get to be first reviewer for one of Kittencal's recipes! An honor. This is chocolate peppermint nirvana. Love at first bite. I made a double recipe in a 15x10 jelly roll pan and it worked fine. Bottom is a bit like a fudgy brownie. Next time I may try baking the bottom a bit longer to firm it up. Chill completely before cutt..."
