"These muffins were easy to make and turned out well. A great recipe for people who are a bit nervous about baking. I found them to be more like cupcakes than muffins...too sweet and a bit bland for my taste.I'm going to try blending a little wheat flour in next time and will reduce the sugar and vanilla by a fraction to see if I can make them mo..."

One thing I have learned about soba noodles is their tendency to become "slimy". I would suggest plunging the freshly cooked noodles in cold water and then agitating them to remove some of th..."

"This makes a really tasty side dish. I would advise reducing salt by about half (or more. The parmesan cheese is salty on it's own so you don't really need that much salt.I choose this recipe because I am trying to find ways to get my young son to eat veggies and this really worked. My husband and I enjoyed it too."
