"Tastes just like a Reuben. I used thin sliced deli-style corned beef and served it with toasted seeded rye bread pieces, similar to bagel chips. The only change was I used 1/2 cup mayo and 1/2 cup sandwich spread. The pickles in the spread added another layer of flavor that made it, in my opinion, taste more like a Reuben with Thousand Island ..."

"I used what I had on hand, and for the most part, covered all the ingredients. It tastes fantastic. I used medium salsa, which gave a nice spicy finish, and chicken breast instead of thighs. The sour cream gives a great creamy taste. I will be making this often."

"They are moist and tasty, turned out a lot like most oat-based low-fat cookies I've tried. I'm not sure if it was supposed to raise like a cake, but I didn't have any luck there. Topped them with a couple dollops of fat-free cool whip."

"I love this recipe. The flavor is great and the fish very easy to prepare. I sprayed the fish with butter flavored non-stick spray before applying the breadcrumbs. It helped it stick (thanks, Barb Gertz, for the tip. My 5 year old ate an entire piece. I will try this with cod or another white fish. Thanks for sharing."

"These are fantastic! Great flavor. I'm not a vegetarian, but love all food. These taste great, take no time at all to make, and are very filling. I pan seared them using non-stick spray and cut cooking time in half. Will use a bit more chili powder and cumin next time, as I like a bit more intense flavor. Finely chopped mushroom would be a n..."

"FANTASTIC! I was looking for a simple pineapple dish to take to a church Christmas dinner where ham was served and found this recipe. I decided to try it; this bake was a hit.The ingredient list and instructions are simple and it came out great. I used crusty Italian bread that I toasted in the oven for just a couple of minutes while the ov..."

"Very simple and quick to cook. Followed the recipe to a T and it turned out flawless. My town is full of locally owed Italian restaurants and their alfredo doesn't stand up to this one. I used Land-O-Lakes salted butter and Kraft grated parmesan cheese (yes, from a shaker. Marg, you are a genius! My life simpler and much tastier because of y..."

"Fantastic flavor! I fell in love with Chorizo at a local Mexican joint when I tried it on a whim. The flavor is great. I had to tone the heat down a bit for my kids by cutting the chili powder in half, but it was still great. I used half beef burger and half turkey burger (not ground turkey breast for a leaner alterntive to pork. I'll try ha..."
