"fabulous idea....and very tasty! The only thing that I did differently than your recipe was to add the juice of half a lemon after the pea spread was cooked. It really brightened up the flavor of the peas."

"When I made these I left out the 1/2 cup of sugar and used chocolate chips instead of the M&Ms. I also chilled the dough and rolled them into 1" balls, reducing the bake time to 8 minutes. Fantastic cookies!! By far the best oatmeal cookie that I've ever eaten!! Thanks for my new favorite cookie recipe."

"Made this as a quick dinner last night. Used fresh tortellini instead of the dried. Didn't refrigerate for 2 hours before I served it. I thought the flavors were balanced and very fresh tasting without the fridge time. Also sliced up a few grilled chicken breasts to serve on top. The cold salad/hot chicken combo was fantastic."

"Fantastic flavor!! I used sweet sausage and added extra Italian seasoning. Next time I think I will try the pie with a normal double pie crust . This pie was very easy to make...quick too...and it took care of our pepper and onion craving. Thanks for posting, this made Sunday dinner a breeze!"
