    "This is definitely a "make again" recipe. The aroma while cooking had us anxious to taste it and it was really worth the wait. The chops were tender and succulent and the sauce was sweetly zesty. We made it just as written. Served over mashed potatoes, it made a wonderful meal especially with fresh bread to sop up the sauce and nothing more tha..."
