"Very good. We like our lemonade a little less sweet so cut sugar to 2/3 cup and it was fine. I made the basic recipe and the strawberry version. Both quite good. Garnished them with lemon balm leaves. Made for Variety is the Spice of Life 2013 game."

"Great recipe. This will go into our stir-fry dinner rotation. I made as written and might add some red pepper flakes next time for extra heat. Served with rice."

"Easy method and great results. I made the Cinnamon and the Ginger. Both are great and the ginger version I had to keep myself from eating it by the spoonful. Will be using these in tea and the ginger version I will try in lemonade. Going to do some of these during the holidays for gifts."

"WOW! 10 STARS for this. Right into my best of 2013 book. Great flavors. Instructions look difficult but it was really easy to put together. For the potatoes, I used recipe #414921. The sauce would be good on it's own over asparagus or broccoli instead of Hollandaise. (or on eggs benedict. We will be having this again."

"Very good! I used a mix of yellow, red and purple baby potatoes and made a great side to a salmon dish. Will be using this recipe again."

It had a "gritty" texture from the pieces of lemon rind. I have a very powerful blender, so it wasn't that I couldn't get it smoother."

"These were moist and flavorful, but we found the cinnamon to be overpowering. I think 1 teaspoon instead of 1 tablespoon would be plenty. But it is a good base recipe that would lend itself to additions, such as dried cranberries, pumpkin seeds, nuts, etc. I am going to try them again and make them TRIPLE ginger by adding chopped, candied ginge..."

"As stated, "Quick, easy, & tastes great!". I took the advice of the previous reviewer and added some salt, pepper and onion powder. Topped toasted English muffin halves with the mixture."

"Original Review (May 7, 2013Sorry, this didn't work for us. The flavor was good (although we would up the "heat" factor but the consistency was way too thick. It was hard to dip chips in it. I followed the recipe exactly (and it IS time consuming adding the cheese : but I think 6 cups of cheese was too much. It just kept ge..."

"Salisbury Steak is one of my "comfort foods", and this one hit the spot. The only thing I would change is to sub plain tomato sauce for the ketchup, as we thought the ketchup made it too "sweet" tasting, but that is a personal preference."
