"Excellent and super easy recipe! I added raisins and a bit of nutmeg and it came out wonderfully.... Thanks for posting :)"
"LOVE THIS RECIPE! Did not have heavy cream however. I read some of the other reviews and saw that some chefs pureed, so that's what I did! I took probably 1/4 of the potato/leek combination and pureed it and added it back to the broth. No need for cream in this recipe! Also, next time, I would cut back the pepper a bit. "Ma Hiker: Your pattypan squash recipe should get a 10 (not just a little old 5!). My family LOVED this recipe and it could not be easier! Squash is a favorite in my family and when I found these little space ship looking things at the farmer's market, I just had to try them. Thanks for posting such a great recipe!"
"Nothing easier! Nothing better! My 7 year old loved this and if he likes it, it MUST be good! The only tip I can add is to make this in a non-stick saucepan....Thanks for sharing!"
"Excellent, excellent, excellent! Great flavor and my family loved it. As with your other recipes, MizzNezz, you posted yet another winner! Thanks!"

I used boneless, skinless chicken breast, which I sauted for a few minutes before I added to the stew. The flavor of this is wonderful and the arugula gives it just the right amount of color and texture. Very good m..."
"Super easy and SUPER tasty! I only had small bananas and the recipe calls for large ones, so I used 4 small ones and it didn't affect the texture or the flavor. Great recipe. Thanks for sharing."
