    About Me

I am a stay-at-home Mom with a 10 year old son.  I learned to cook when I met my husband 20 years ago.  I never cooked before that!  I cook almost every day for my family.  I like fresh ingredients best and LOVE to grill :)

FoodNetwork and the Cooking Channel are my favorite channels on the TV.

    Favorite Foods

I think I like Mexican & Chinese food the best. Seafood is right up there as well, and I also like traditional home cooking like chicken pot pie and roast beef. Mashed potatoes make me smile....
