"These are delicious. I took the chef?s advice by parboiling the veggies and then finishing them in a baked casserole - they were done after about 10 minutes in the oven. Next time, I think I will bump up the sauce ingredients a little - I think the dish would benefit from just a tad more cheesy sauce. But this one's a keeper."

"I'm not a big pork fan, but these looked to be so tender that I just had to try them. I can't have Masterpiece sauce because of the high sodium content, so I substituted homemade "Smoky Sauce for Ribs" and I posted the sauce recipe today."

"I have tried this recipe twice - once with red and tonight with white balsamic vinegar. Both were very nice, but I preferred the white. Also, to balance the vinegar, I dusted the strawberries with confectioners' sugar."

"This recipe is a Godsend. I love 57 sauce, but can't have it because of the high sodium content. So I substituted Hunt's no salt added ketchup and used a seasoning salt substitute. So the only sodium in the batch I made was from the Italian dressing, and bingo! I have a very decent 57 Sauce clone that fits my dietary restrictions. Poured my first ..."
