"This was a great app! Everyone asked for the recipe and I was almost embarrassed by how easy it was. Based on the reviews I used 1/2 packet of the dressing mix (so about .5 oz and otherwise followed the recipe as written. We had the leftovers for almost a week and they tasted/looked good that whole time, so it definitely would be a good make ..."

"I love this recipe and can't believe I have not yet posted a review! I follow the recipe as written, except that I add parmesan cheese when adding the spinach and onion. I then sprinkle a bit of parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs on top and bake in the oven until the "crust" is golden brown. This way definitely adds fat/calories, but tastes great!..."

"I LOVE this recipe! I can't believe I forgot to review it. I've made it several times and it's a favorite. I microwave the eggplant (cut up for about 10 minutes and boil the fennel (also cut up for 10 minutes, then toss all the veggies with a little EVOO and cook on the grill together on medium-high heat for about 30 minutes. Then, I toss th..."

"I can't believe I forgot to rate this the first time I made it! It is HEAVEN! I made it for the second time last night and it was even better than I remembered. I omitted the bacon and sauteed the onions and garlic in olive oil instead, but otherwise followed recipe. We love the sauce so much that we don't even eat it with pasta - we just eat ..."

"Very good recipe! Quick and easy to prepare with great flavor. I upped the hot sauce and cajun seasoning because we like spice, but otherwise made as directed. Wonderful cozy fall dinner. I look forward to making this again, and will probably try it with seafood next time. Thanks for posting!"

"Wonderful!! This was extremely easy to prepare and tasted delicious. It got rave reviews and will definitely be on the menu again soon! I made it on the stove because I had chicken in the oven. I made as directed except that I added the broth 1/2 cup at a time, stirring until absorbed. I added the asparagus halfway through and covered the pan..."

"This salad is DELICIOUS! I've made it three times and keep getting cravings for it, so I'm making it again for dinner tonight. The dressing makes it 5 stars- it's simple yet fabulous! I use Splenda and it comes out great. (Cut back on the Splenda if you don't like sweet dressing, it comes out veeeery sweet, which I love!"

"Excellent recipe! Very simple to prepare, and tasted great. My BF was skeptical about the glaze (thought it would be too sweet but he loved it - he had a huge serving of seconds! I used light syrup and was afraid the glaze wouldn't thicken, but it worked perfectly. This is my new go-to veggie side dish when I need something quick and easy."
