    About Me

I am a country cook, not a chef.  I am a mother of four.  I also do dutch oven cooking demonstrations for the Boy Scouts during our state fair.  I love to try new foods and recipes, and especially love Emeril Lagasse's recipes, as well as some from Bobby Flay and Paula Deen and --- oh, heck--- I think I just love all of the gang on the Food Network!
