I live in the premier wine producing district of Australia. Naturally I work in a winery. www.eldertonwines.com.au
I love to cook from scratch but, as I live alone, I don't do it as often as I'd like. Over-the-top dinner parties have been known to occur as a result. I have a large recipe collection but I tend to use the recipes for ideas and flavour combos.
When I'm not injured or working I love going to the gym, particularly aquarobics and Les Mills classes. Don't get me started on the benefits of water exercise! (I am also a casual aquarobics instructor.) When I'm not there I'm taking my dalmation, Bix, for walks.

I love Indian food and my friends love my Indian cooking, but I think it's time to branch out.
I like to experiment with low-fat, low-cal recipes. Many of my meals start as one thing and end up something different! (ie scrambled eggs and toast turn into a full-on frittata)
When I can't sleep I love to bake so there are often biscuits cooling at weird hours of the morning. (I need to find someone - other than myself - to eat the final product!)
