"This was great cornbread! I doubled the recipe (except for the sugar, baking powder, and salt and baked it in a 9x13 pan. The sugar I left at 1/2 cup; salt was 1/2 teaspoon; baking powder was increased to 1 tablespoon plus 2 teaspoons. I baked it for 25 minutes.I thought I had done something wrong, because the batter was more like a sponge..."

"Wow, this dish was exceptional. The roast I used was about 3#, and was cooked for about 12 hours total. I followed the recipe and directions as stated, and the result was incredibly tender, almost melt-in-your-mouth beef. I REALLY enjoyed this, but was pleasantly surprised that my "Picky Panel of Judges" gave it 5 stars! (Actually, my 6 year old..."

"This chicken was extremely falvorful and moist. Easy to make, and quickly put on the table! I prepared this recipe as stated, but increased it to 6 servings. You couldn't ask for an easier main course recipe. Delicious. I will definitely make this again! My "Picky Panel of Judges" gave this 5 stars! "

"This is definitely a quick and easy one dish meal! Great for a busy weeknight dinner or a take along dish for any gathering. It takes mac & cheese to the next level, and offers a smooth tasting combination of flavors and textures. Very tasty!!I had to substitute cream of celery soup because my family won't eat mushrooms in any form! I used a 10 o..."

"This dinner was excellent!! It was easy to prepare, with readily available ingredients. I had to double the recipe to accommodate everyone, and barely had enough left to call "leftovers".I prepared this recipe as stated in the instructions, with the exception of cooking time. Since I more than doubled the amount of chicken, I extended the coo..."

I chilled the pan for about 1 hours, and scored the chocolate before cutting through the mixture. By doing this, I had no problem with the chocolate cracking. So ea..."

"To be honest, I tried this recipe for two reasons; it sounded sooo unusual, and because there was a heck of a good sale on kielbasa this week. Pat yourself on the back and smile, Carol, because you were right! The combination of flavors and textures was unique. I prepared this recipe as written. "Very good. I made some with each type of cheese, and had both "Wonderful Salsa", and "Snappy Cheese Dip" for dipping. I also prepared some by the frying pan method, and some by microwave; we preferred the microwave method because it keeps the tortillas softer. My "Picky Panel of Judges" gave this recipe 4 stars."

"My two favorite foods - cheese, and garlic! Yum! I don't have a grinder, so I had to do this the hard way. I used only 8 ounces of shredded cheddar, and about 1/4 of a medium onion. I microwaved the cheese for about 1 minute on 50% power, just until slightly softened. Then added a splash of milk, the other ingredients, and beat the mixture with a ..."
