I gave birth to my first child, Aidan, on November 11, 2006, and my second son, Caleb, October 9, 2008; so finding time to keep up with them and do everything else is a little hard at times! I am always looking for a good, wholesome recipe that doesn't demand too much of my time, yet tastes great.
September of 2009 I married an amazing man, whom loves my sons like his own, and enjoys cooking just as much as I do. He can make a wonderful Chicken Parmigiana, but will not let me post his recipe on here, yet!
I am back in school and will graduate in May 2011, granted I pass everything the first time around! I've put off school for many years for other people, and then my children. It is time I finish up to improve our lifestyle.
I love to cook anything american/comfort foods, italian, and have started experimenting with chinese food. My husband enjoys making curry, and anything on the grill.
I enjoy making food that is simple in preparation, isn't too time consuming, and kid friendly. However, we do love to entertain, so for those occasions, we will cook more elaborate foods that we do not usually have.
