The basil gives these pinwheels and incredible boost in flavor!"

I am a single mom with 3 beautiful children. They keep me very busy.
I grew up in a small town in southwest Virginia but have now settled down in the mountains of Tennessee.
I have also lived in Oklahoma, Texas, Alaska and Washington.
Throughout the years, I have met lots of wonderful people and made some great lifelong friends who share my love for cooking. I always enjoy all the new dishes that my friends and family share with me.
The best gift I ever received was my digital camera! I hardly ever go anywhere without it...you never know when you might have a 'kodak moment'. I now have a photo blog: thruveronicaseyes.blogspot.com. I love going exploring in search of new things to 'capture' with my lens.
I love to entertain and have friends and family over and they love to come and eat!!
My kitchen is always open with good food and warm conversation!
My motto is:
The recipe that is not shared with others will soon be forgotten; but when it is shared, it will be enjoyed by future generations.
It's hard to say what my favorite foods are. I love so many different things and am always open to try new recipes, but I would have to say that dark chocolate is my big weakness.
Family and friends are always requesting my Chicken ParmeRona #114964 served with Scampi Noodles #115513.

"I love artichoke dip and use it to stuff chicken breasts so I decided to combine the two to make a tasty appetizer."
