"Leggy Peggy gave me some of your Bo-Kaap Cape Malay Curry Powder (Recipe #289383 so that meant I had to make the curry - and was it good! I too wondered if it was going to be too sweet and I DIDN'T forget the jam and yogurt. But it turned out perfectly and even DH didn't complain about 'yet another curry': Many thanks for sharing."

"This review is a total rant about the compound butter. It is to die for. We had it with loin chops last night. Intend to have it on the chicken tonight and will make more so that we can have it with fish tomorrow night and have some left over to see what it is like on veges. Absolutely fantastic - as the kids say " Yum, Yum, Pig's bum""

"Hey BBB - my DH is sitting at the table saying" absolutely (expletive wonderful". That is HUGE praise from DHMade it as per your recipe except for increasing the amount of butter - think there may be a typo as it says there is 1/3 tablespoon unsalted butter and perhaps it should be 1-3 tablespoons unsalted butter. Check it out and thanks for pos..."

"Hey mate - this is a bit of a cheat recipe for me - my Nanna and Mom were born in England and I learned to do this recipe when I was 9. The thing that caught my attention was the red wine and vinegar - Believe me when I say they would never have known about red wine or vinegar. BUT I did everything as you said. I totally enjoyed your recipe but I ..."

"Oh I did so enjoy this. Coming from a land that drinks a lot of tea I was a bit unsure about placing the sugar in at Step 2. As there is only me drinking tea in the house I halved the recipe. I am suffering from a severe cold at the moment and the tea gave me a good lift. I will certainly keep making it and I am sure it would work well in summer a..."
