"Couldn't find the yummy crab dip at my local store that my in-laws had so this is the closest recipe online I could find. Delicious. I did substitute sour cream for the mayo since I'm not a mayo person. And, I had to use canned crab meat. Served with wheat thins for appetizer. Will keep this on hand for get-togethers."

"Love it! Used it twice now on boneless, skinless chicken breasts and thighs. I marinade all day and throw them on the grill. Great chicken by itself but I cook it in bulk and chop it up and freeze it to use for quick meals. Sweet and just a little tangy, keeps the chicken moist."

"Made this for a coworkers wedding shower and it was as impressive as it was delicious. I shaved a little gourmet bittersweet chocolate over the top. Very rich but the raspberries cut through it nicely."

"Made this a few years ago but haven't gotten around to it lately. It was creamy and delicious and very rich. It's a little too rich to eat a whole bowl of it actually but makes a really nice side or snack."

"This has become a favorite staple in our house. I dust the meat with 1/4 tsp garlic powder to save a step and I skip the mushrooms. I bias-cut the meat into thin strips, not sure if that makes much of a difference but it's how I like it. I also add 1/3 c beef broth to the meat in the oven to keep it nice and moist. I halve the dijon and sub milk f..."

"I was looking for a recipe for a quick breakfast to grab on weekdays and this is great. I substituted whole wheat flour and added a tbl of wheat gluten to keep it light. I sub'd applesauce for oil and from the other reviewer's comments, I used a half cup instead of one quarter. I also added a half tsp of vanilla for flavor. The knife came out clea..."

"I started with this recipe a while back and it has been a staple ever since I figured out how to make the roux without burning it. Over time I have made a few changes to make me feel not so guilty about eating it constantly. I use only milk instead of milk and cream and I add a half brick of frozen spinach, thawed and drained, when I stir in the p..."

"Very tasty! I substituted 1/2 tsp onion powder for the onion since I was snowed in without an onion and it worked well. I served it over buttered egg noodles and had plenty of sauce still leftover. It was just a tad bit on the tomato-y side. I think next time I'll cut out the salt and try substituting beef broth for the water to see if I can get a..."
