    "Very very good! Only difference Id make is a little trick I learned from my great grandmother. Simmer the hollowed cut side in a little bit of water for a few minutes in a frying pan to cut back on the strong flavour of the bell peppers. Its usually too strong for me and with there being no meat in them itll help balance out the flavors. :)"
