    About Me

I'm happily married and have a daughter that was born on 26 March, 2005! I got out of the Army in 2001...but my wife enlisted in 2003.

I graduated from the University of Florida in 1999 with a degree in Exercise and Sport Sciences. Healthy cooking goes hand in hand with attempting to live a healthy lifestyle. Let's face it, exercise alone isn't going to get it done.

    Favorite Foods

I love anything Italian. No, I'm not talking about the "Olive Garden" either. The wonderful thing about Italian food is that it is so broad and dynamic. Each region of Italy has a different take on cuisine and different ingredients to make such wonderful regional dishes. If you haven't already, I certainly suggest you go and find a cookbook on the whole of Italy. See for yourself how wonderful and dynamic the cooking really is.
