"Very yummy cookies!! I rolled the dough into balls and then let them "dry" on the baking sheet (as another reader recommended and THEN rolled them in confectioner's sugar--this worked quite well! I will definitely be making these again--great recipe!"

"VERY tasty! I would recommend using shredded chicken instead of canned- the canned kind of reminded me of tuna. I put a couple chicken breasts in a crockpot with a little bit of chicken broth for 6-8 hours and it was very easy to shred. Otherwise, great dip!"
