"The spice/sweet sauce was amazing. I smashed the chicken breast so it would cook faster and used only a 1/3 of the redpepper flakes because my family can't do hot. I will definitely be making this again. THANKS!"

"This is a very nice alternative to rice. I ommitted the onion and used seasoning instead and added some fresh brocoli florets. It makes a lot which is good for a family of 4!"

"This was amazing! I've never thought of using nuts for a crust on chicken. My son wanted to try peach preserves for his PB&J sandwiches and ended up not liking it. So I was left with a jar of preserves and then found this recipe. I didn't pay attention to the amount of walnuts it called for and only grabbed the small bag so I ended up mixing the w..."

"Ok I have to say that I almost didn't make this. My family is not a mustard family. After reading all the reviews I went ahead and did it. I used a 6 3/4lb ham and cooked it for 2 hrs then let it sit in the oven turned off for the hour. OMG it was amazing! I've never cooked a ham from scratch and I will definitely be making this again. THANKS!"

"I loved this and so did my kids! For a dipping sauce I used 1/4 peach preserves, 1/3 cup honey and 3 T dijon mustard. You can use marmalade too but I had peach on hand. Absolutely amazing!"

"This is definitely a nice healthy alternative to frying the chicken pieces as traditionally done in the restaurants. The only thing I did different was I ommitted the ginger for personal taste and I added more honey because it tasted more like soy sauce to me. But I did double the sauce like you recommended and I would highly suggest it to everyon..."

"My oldest son at it but my little one wouldn't. I used fresh tomatoes instead of canned and I added grated cheese in with the cheese soup because it seemed very dry while mixing. It also seemed to need some type of seasoning or something because it was very bland."

"We just went to Dublin and the Guinness Brewery. As much as we tried we could not get the recipe from the cook. This is very, very similar. The only thing I did different was add some frozen peas in during the last 30 min, seasoned throughout with salt and pepper, and I used another bottle of Guinness too because mine was getting very thick throug..."
