"This recipe hit the spot! I'd been really hungry for pumpkin bars but had never made them, and these were super easy. "This was so easy! We used a Rotisserie chicken from the grocery store, and substituted cream of mushroom soup for the Miracle Whip, and added about a half cup of sour cream. We also added about 3/4 cup of diced onion and a bag of shredded cheese. Our best addition? Crumbled bacon!!! Thanks for posting this!"
