"I haven't made this but had it at a party recently! It was delicious. I'll be making it & try it with whole wheat pasta & low-fat mayo to make it a little healthier. the only thing she didn't add was the snow pea pods."

"These were really good - but as someone else said - they are 2 pts each if you follow the recipe. Also 6T is not 1/2C or 1/3C (as a few other people have said it is 1/4C + 2 Tbsp. (1/4C=4Tbsp. If you use 3 Tbsp reduced fat peanut butter (instead of 6T of regular & can get this down to 1 WW point per cup. Either way - 1pt, 2pt... these are r..."

"This was great! i did tweak it based on some reviews - i used lean ground sirloin, guiness, only 1.5 cans of tomato paste, i didn't include the chili paste - instead put in 1 Tbsp of chili powder, 3 cans of pinto beans (kidney beans are too big for my taste & i used 1 can of diced mild green chiles. Next time i'll cut the sirloin a little large..."

I used quick barley so i threw everything in at once & cooked for 10 minutes (vs cooking the tomatoes, barley & water first for 10 minutes, opening it up & then adding everything else to cook for another 10. i think next time i'll add some cooked green beans at the end for some color & bite. "I loved this! After reading the reviews i modified it a bit. I used ricotta cheese instead of cottage cheese - also doubled the cheese filling & added milk so it would spread easier. I like my lasagna with mild italian sausage so added some. We decided that it was good but i think i'll add another jar of spaghetti sauce next time - yes i know ..."

"I've made this several times & it gets requested often! I sometimes use the O'Brien potatoes (with the onions & green peppers in the potatoes when I am in a hurry and if I use cubed hash browns vs shredded then i do need to thaw them for a while at room temperature (30-45 minutes? so that they get fully cooked."
