I LOVE cooking... I got married to the love of my life in 2003 and we now have two beautiful children - one daughter born in 2006 and one son born in 2009. Life. Is. Good. :-D
Hmmm... I think I can safely say I like to cook just about anything that's traditional American homestyle cooking (i.e. pot roast, chicken fried steak, etc.). Honestly, there's not much I don't like cooking. I'm allergic to chicken and my daughter and I are lactose intolerant so I am always looking for recipes that I can adapt to my needs. I have recently started making a lot of Chinese/oriental recipes because none of them contain dairy. But I do make cheesy chicken recipes every now and then for my darling hubby :)
