"This was really good! It was a bit sour for my taste, but my husband and I both thought it was a great way to eat carrots (and my 3-year old loved it too. I added 2 T of canola mayo and a bit more salt, plus I added almonds and brown raisins instead of golden raisins and walnuts. I didn't have any parsley, so I just skipped that. Thanks for p..."

"As the other reviewer said, this is a great way to use up all that baby cereal I got from WIC. My daughter hated infant cereal but she loves pancakes (and so do we! These were easy to make (although I did substitute milk for buttermilk, which wasn't quite as good but wasn't the recipe's fault and were very tasty. Thanks!"

"I doubled the recipe, used 1/4 cup vegetable oil and 3/4 cup plain yogurt instead of the 1 cup vegetable oil, used 1% milk instead of the soymilk, used 1 1/2 tablespoons vinegar instead of the 2 tablespoons and made two 8-inch round cakes. I used butter frosting (unflavored to frost the two-layer cake. It was for my 9-year old's birthday party...."

I used 3 1/2 cups milk and then added a splash at the end because I like it really creamy. I used about 1/2 cup sugar and 3-4 T butter. I also replaced the ground cinnamon with 7-8 green cardamom pods (to resemble kheer. I served it w..."

"This was fantastic. I split the recipe in half, used plain yogurt, omitted the cinnamon (husband hates cinnamon in sweet breads! and added about 1/2 cup small chocolate chips. I loved that it was sweet and eggless -- perfect for my son. Thanks!"
