    I am out of space for my cook book collection. Over the past 20+ years I have enjoy cooking and baking. (no frying) I especially love baking and eating desserts. I have tried macrobiotics for 6 months and am currently learning more about vegan, vegetarian, raw food and organics. We have been microwave-use-free for cooking and reheating for 12 months.
