    "Yummy! I was so happy with how these turned out. I really never could get a pocket on them, but they were wonderful just the same! Part of the issue could have been that I substituted part of the white flour with wheat flour. It was my first time making pita, and I will definately try it again."

    "The cookbook was oh so wrong. THese are not the same as traditional oliebollen. My husband grew up in the Netherlands and these are nothing close to what they make. The balls burned before the dough cooked no matter what temp the were cooked at."
