"These were wonderful. My man and I ate the whole batch by ourselves. I did cut down on the oil and I added chopped garlic. Other than that I followed the recipe. So very good. I will make these often. Thanks."

"It turned out fantastic. I only changed the topping. Used mashed potatoes instead of bisquick, that is what I had. This was fast, easy and delicious. Thanks Cookgirl."

"We really, really liked this one. But there were some changes made due to things on hand; I used red potatoes, rutabagas and carrots. The oil seemed fine to me but I added extra cheese. I also used a packet of asparagus soup mix instead of onion mix. It was awesome! The kids never ate so many veggies. I can't wait to try this again."

"Not that this recipe really needs another compliment but I would like to add mine. Thank you Mysterygirl for a great recipe that is easily adaptable. I had left over nacho dip from a KITTENCAL recipe and used it in place of the filling tonight. I stuffed and folded my tortillas and then basted them with melted butter. It's a special job for my you..."

"This was a wonderfully easy dinner idea. I didn't use jalapeno, my kids are still little. I used a yellow pepper and added in some frozen corn. We had guacamole, tomatoes and olives on the side. Thanks KITTENCAL"

"This was really good. I did change things up a little bit to make it a one pan meal. I cut up the bacon and fried it until almost done, drained off some of the grease. Then I added the garlic and some onions. When that was done, I threw in a little more than 1/2 a package of left over tri colored pasta and the rest of a bag of fresh spinach. Stirr..."

"This was the best. All my kids devoured it and begged me to make more. I made some changes because of what I had on hand. I used a round, glass pie dish sprayed with Pam. I used deli sliced chicken instead of the ham and mozzarella cheese. And I left out the pepper, the girls wont eat it. I baked it at 400 F for 15 minutes and then broiled it for ..."
